83/365 - InterConnected

83/365 - interconnected

Today is my day 2 of bringing my camera to worked. Why did I not do this when I first started? Why now? Well, I have mentioned my reasons. But today, I just realized how helpful and how convenient it is for me.

First, it saves me time because it allowed me to take my needed photos of the day during my break or lunch. And this will mean that I'll have more time with my family and I get myself some break and I get to finish a lot of stuff in the house without worrying of passing a photo.

For today's shot, nothing was planned ahead. The shot above was taken the moment the rings caught my attention. I connected each one of them and hang underneath my desk light with a rubberband. See? This project is not only teaching me how to improve my photography skills but also it teaches me to be creative and ingenious.

The background? Yes, it's green! I found some colored paper and thought green would make a great background. I pasted the paper on my desk and positioned myselft. After 5 attempts, I got what I wanted and I was pleased. Aside from the ingenuity, I am also learning of limiting myself as to how many shots to take for a particular subject.

Nice background color. Are you using a light box?

hey, welcome back!!! no lightbox was used when i took this photo...i have a flourescnet light under my cabinet which is about 2 feet above my subject..but when i took this shot, the subject was hanging directly from where the light is.
