75/365 - Backseat Driver

75/365 - BackSeat Driver

Both photos above is the typical thing that happens when she is buckled in her car seat and when the car starts running. It's between two extremes I would say.

Today, we stopped by Chipotle to grab some dinner. Oh how I love their Burrito Bowl!!! Anyways, my daughter is my husband's twin soul. As soon as hubby stepped out of the car to place the order, she screamed at the top of her lungs. From the scream, it seems like she's left in the car by herself (when in fact I was in the front seat).  I've tried myself to compose her but it was a failure until I have to scramble on the car floor. My phone fell underneath the seat and I was having a hard time picking it up. When she heard me grasping for breath, then she started laughing at me. I think my face was really that funny when I was looking for my phone. I made the sound that made her laugh over and over again. I grabbed my camera and was able to snap it. The photo to the right was the result.

It may seem the whole scenario took more 5-10 minutes but actually, it was in between 1-2 minutes. That's how fast this little girl can change her moods. And from then on, on our way home, it was a happy ending. Until we arrived at the house and unbuckled her, she never stopped blabbing. I've definitely lost my title as the backseat driver.

Hilarious! Love those extreme emotions! You can almost hear her screaming on the first one with her tongue quivering:)

It is hard to believe that a child can go from screaming their head of to calm and laughing so quickly, isn't it? You captured her changes very well, Noreen!
