People Who Matters to Me

Being with family is always the best time in any given day. Considering that my immediate family is back in my hometown, about thousand miles away from me, I am quite lucky to have another set of family whom I get to share a fabulous day with. The people who I am referring to are my husband's side of the family. I am the luckiest girl in the world to have them from a miles away from us.

Most of the time, we spend our weekends with them. It's either we drive towards their place or meet somewhere else for a needed relaxation or for dinner or just for sight seeing. And when we are all together, expect a fun-filled day. And for me, it's another opportunity to snap some photos (candid and posed) while having fun.

Out into the Woods

Dabbie, Mini Mady and Big Maddie out into the woods. My daughter, Madison, is referred to as the mini Mady while my hubby's niece is the Big Maddie. We have to have a distinction between the two because they shared the same nicknames.

The Eyes

Hubby's green luscious eyes!!! :)

Hubby's ultimo ijo, Christian! He is his dad's carbon copy!

Dabbie (aka Mother-in-law), hubby and C. Boobbie (aka father-in-law) is MIA.

Us girls: Haggie (aka sister-in-law), Aunti Mary, Big Maddie, Dabbie, moi and mini Mady.

The whole gang!!!

Haggie and her angels : Big Maddie and mini Mady

I treasure moments like this. Upon looking at the photos and looking back of the fun-filled day, it always eases the nostalgic feelings I am dealing with. It's been a long time since I have left home and I missed them dearly.

To my family here, thank you for everything!

Uhm, I just got into my senti mode again!!! I think this is the effect of my vertigo. Oh well!!!

@Aasiya: The first photo? Yes, black and white is the only way for me to salvage that photo. I shot it in Raw but even if I adjusted the exposure, it was really over exposed. So I Played around with it and they only way for me. :)
