Bummer!!! I missed a day. Yes, I missed posting on this day but it doesn't mean to say I slack. I still have a photo taken from yesterday.
I was out of town with the hubby. Every year, we drive to HP Pavilion in San Jose to witness the SAP Open. It's a long drive and it's a long yet fun day for me who is an avid fan of tennis (although I don't play the sport). And while there, I don't have access to computers. And as much as I wanted to post for the day, it's just not feasible for me. The drive is quite long and when we got home, it was already past midnight. Ooops...I did not really want it to happen but those are things that are beyond my control.
As for the photo above, aside from the players who played amazing games, this chair immediately caught my eye as soon as we stepped into the Ace Lounge. Since we were there early, I had the chance to take a snap without worrying about people behind me who also wants to take a picture of it. The chair is basically made of actual tennis balls tied and glued together . It's not the most comfortable thing to sit on but it sure does make for a good eye catching piece.

How cool! I used to LOVE to play tennis!!! In fact, I played on a league for quite a few years. But alas, studying for finals and an old knee got to be too much. :-(
This looks so cool! Love the color and the design!
@ cheryl : i've only played once and it was way back my elementary years. i just love to watch it. my hubby thinks it's a boring sport but i find it interesting and fun to watch.
@cheryl: that's my reaction, too..i've been attending this tennis season every year for 4 years now but this is the first time i've seen it.
