I've reached the 200th day and I am still going. I am definitely planning to continue on to make it to the 365th. Well, because i've reached this far, I think I deserved a tootsie rub from the hubby. Yup, I can be that spoiled.
201/365 - Fire Hydrant
I've always wanted to shot this fire hydrant. It's situated right beside our house. Actually, it's by the corner. I've attempted so many times but I failed miserably because before, it used to have numbers painted all over it. It was not until about a month or so that I noticed that they painted it. While out and about with my daughter earlier, I took notice of it and immediately took some shots. The vibrant yellow was definitely calling my name everytime I passed by.
Upon processing, I've noticed that it would have been better if I took the shot from a far. In that way, I could have shown how the color pops out amidst the background which is basically composed of greens.

Sometimes the most mundane objects make the best subjects. I like your fire hydrant.
