Hubby called me up while he was by the garage-he was bird watching. If you remember, adjacent to our house is a small field and next to it is a walking trail. Along the trail are some old trees that houses different species of birds. So, while he was lounging in his chair and while looking at his binoculars, he thought he saw a different kind of bird. He instructed me to head on to the trail to get a closer look of the birds. Unfortunately, it was not the smartest idea. Why? As soon as I near the trees, the birds slowly disappeared and flew away.
I waited for some time if they'll come back but all I got were chirping from tree branches but I could not really locate them. So, on to Plan B.

I was cooking some stew for dinner today. And when I opened the lid of the pot and when I laid it on the counter, they looked like some crystals. They even formed gorgeous sparks when the lid was aimed towards the window. Because I was enticed with the colors and the sparkles, I tried to capture them.
