FINALLY!!! I am caught up with my posting habits. Well, for now I am! I just hope I'd be able to continue this like how I used to be.
My next to-do list is to be able to accomplish what is in my planner so I'll be heading off to a good start with my major project.
By the way, Happy First Day of Summer. It is really summer here in Sactown. After days and days of rain and cold temperature, all of sudden, we hit the triple digit mark. It's 100 degrees today and tomorrow will be another of those triple digit temperature. I love summer but not really! I hate it when it's very hot. I can only tolerate so much of the hot weather!...Now, look who is talking? As if I did not come from a tropical country with hot and humid weather as well.
Anyways, to celebrate the first day of summer, I was supposed to do something that would show it's summertime. After work, the family headed to our local Ice Creamery to grab dinner there. While in the car, I have already planned what I was supposed to do for my shot. Unfortunately, due to a yummy crab sandwich and tasty Chocolate chip sundae, I totally forgot to take photos of those delish foods.
We went home and I had another plan. I tried to execute the shot but unfortunately, it was a disaster. I just ended up creating another disaster and a mess in the dining table.
While desperate for Plan B or shall I say Plan C, the coins (cents) that were sitting on the counter caught my attention. I set it up and bingo-thus the photo above is the result. If you have noticed, the dominant cent is new. The design on it is different than the older one but it's still the same old cent and the same value (bear with me if my last statement did not make any sense).
Stay cool and keep yourselves dehydrated at all times if you are in the areas with excessive hot temperatures - just a friendly reminder from me! :)
