Two in One - 140-141/365

Another day, another thing is going on. I am here and I get the chance to post a photo. While baby and father went out to grab some breakfast (how sweet is that), I am stuck here in the house with my itchy and red-patchy skin. I think I might have eaten something that has caused me this allergic reaction. At this very moment, I am not my real me because Benadryl is still in my system and trying to knock me out cold.

Wait? Did I just say all those things? Anyways, as you may have known, weekend is pretty crazy for me. When I get the chance, I sat on the computer but never attempt to post my pictures on the blog. I was never like this before. That mode changed about a month or so ago. Oh well. But as long as I am taking the photos everyday, that's all that matters.

But you know what? Lately though, I have been noticing that flickr has been changing my dates. I swear (I know it's not good to swear), the photos were taken on their respective dates but when I post them, it shows of the day that they were processed. Are you kidding me? But then, I had no desire to check what is going on. I do have the metadata on my LR saved so I think I am still good just in case someone will question me. Really? Somebody will question?

Here are the missing two photos over the weeekend. It's not really weekend because yesterday's photo is still stuck in my camera. With my condition right now and with the Benadryl acting up, I just can't do anything. It makes me tired.

So again, here they are:

140/365 - Drill Bits

140/365 - Drill Bits

The age where it started to scare me and hubby has arrived. We purchased some drill bits for hubby's drill for a purpose. It's about time that we add another safety lock into our doors. We've come to a conclusion that this is the best way to go. Well, it's because of the reason that the little girl a.k.a. Madison has attempted many times to open up these doors so she can go outside.

It freaked me out one time when I took the trash outside. I made sure the door was close but then, I under-estimated her ability. She slowly opened the door and head out following me in her diaper. Luckily, she did not walk towards the driveway (and luckily, there is no traffic infront of our house). Another incident is when she sees somebody leaves and going towards the garage, she'd immediately run and lead herself to the garage as well. Though the garage doors are closed, it's still pretty scary considering there are some stuff in the garage that could hurt her. In short, she does not belong in there.

So today, my father-in-law is heading here around noon to help hubby fix all these things.

141/365 - Attitude

141/365 - Attitude

We woke up early to beat the line and other people. It's our regular schedule for car maintenance at the dealership. Ah, gotta love Toyota and their lifetime free oil change. I decided to go although I have foreseen a boring day at the dealership so we can grab breakfast together and head straight to where we were supposed to go.

While waiting for the car to be finished, Madison, me and hubby were walking around looking at the cars. I took my camera with me in the hopes of taking some photos of cars, tires and rims. My plan did not work out so here's Madison rocking some attitude pose.

It could be either way. The attitude pose was just for the camera or it's ann attitude she's giving me so I'll stop taking picture of her or that she's bored to death while waiting for the car.

You may have noticed about something in this photo. The focus on the face is not as sharp as I wanted it to be. Just recently, I used a different kind of focus. I am still in AutoFocus but my AF-area Mode has changed from Single point to Dynamic area. It is because, using the dynamic area gives me freedom to select which one to focus.

Oh by the way, some great news. I am back to reading my manual again. Yay!!!

Nice pic. Which focus mode are you using? always best to use AI Mode (or whatever it is on your camera) if you have it kids 'cause they move!
