122/365 - Fence

122/365 - Fence

If you have visited my Flickr Photostream, I actually have already a photo of a fence. That particular shot was nowhere near my favorite. So for today, I revisited the subject and thought I'd redo it. This time, I had my dslr with me. I positioned myself with the hopes of getting a shallow depth of field and some bokeh in the background.

Initially, it would have been Madison who would have been my subject for today. Why? Because I wanted to take the opportunity to shoot her from the shades of the trees along the trail. The trees really provided beautiful shade that created a beautiful lighting which is perfect for a portrait shot. But then again, I've had so much of Madison from the last month. I'd reserve a shot of her when days will come again that I'll ran out of ideas.

Love the bokeh!

Thanks for you comments on the softball pictures. I do not use a tripod for those-it would be too hard to move around to get everything :-)

You are so awesome to challenge yourself to retake a photo and try to "beat" your previous. I like this photo and the bokeh you captured.

By the way, you can post as many photos of Madison you like because she is so cute!!! ;)
