144-145/365 Combo

Here's to another day of combo posting.

144/365 - Bridge Over Troubled Water

Well, it's a bridge and the song is stuck in my head. And since I could not look for a better title, I used the song's line.

144/365 - Bridge Over Troubled Water

This photo taken in Folsom, CA. After having dinner, hubby decided to drive around to look for something interesting. We both have been to Folsom (which is about 15-25 minute drive and East from where we were)but we never really had the chance to look around. So this time, we were heading for a sort of scavenger hunting in Folsom.

As we were there, we immediately head straight to their Historic Distric. But because we missed the exit, we ended up traversing the beautiful rainbow bridge. Next to it is the historic Truss Bridge (photo above).

When were standing by the Truss bridge, I was hoping to capture the Rainbow bridge. First, second, third attempt equals fail. I stopped and looked around and saw lines and patterns.

See that two people by the end of the bridge? That's Mady and hubby.

145/365 - Gorilla

A spur-of-the-moment subject. I hoped for a shot with other meet-up members while having the meet and greet meeting. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

145/365 - Gorilla

The photo above is my gorilla tripod. It's for my point and shoot. I kind of liked this tripod although I have only used it twice or three times. I can stick it up on a branch or anywhere or at least something sturdy because of its flexibility. But because of its flexibility, it scared me, too. For now, I am not using it. But it sure serve a good purpose - as a subject!

I like your bridge picture! Do I see Mady in the distance? :) She's such a tiny speck!

I finished my 365 project today, and I'm definitely going to have more time and energy for blog-hopping - something I missed doing recently because of my poor health and lack of energy. I'm really glad to see you're forging ahead! Great going, Noreen!
