Moving Vehicles

After seeing photos of moving vehicles, I have been fascinated of how the whole process worked inorder to achieve such composition. In my wishlist, I have fulfilled quite a few things and I am proud of the results.

Another thing in my wish list is to capture a moving vehicle and show the movement. After joining a friend in his walk around downtown, I was able to achieve what I wanted.

When in downtown, the best vehicle to capture that shows movement is the Regional Transit or the RT. I just find it amazing and interesting. It is because of the longer carriages, it give me ample time of when to press my shutter but still be able to achieve the shot that I want.

During a photowalk with a friend, here are the shots that I took that shows movement.

Approaching Train

An approaching train. The guy you see on the bottom right is my friend. He was trying to achieve something while the train was passing by. I don't exactly know if he was able to achieve what he wanted. But I know, I did!!!

To the left, to the left!!!

just another train

Just another train!!!

Shooting trains is so much fun to me. But then again, there's only so much you can do with it. So far, my experience has been great. I've learned a lot. Maybe in the next few days, I will have to try to use other modes of transportation for this kind of shots.
