H20

The jellyfishes and the fish - they have a common denominator. Yes, they are both marine animals and they have fishes in their names. But what else is common to both of them? They both live in water, agua, H20, or tubig and other names that refer to water.

Thus, this series is about that! Water!!! These shots are still part of the Monterey Bay Aquarium series!

from behind

The waterfall from behind. It took me quite longer to get a good focus of the waterfall. Because of frustration, I resorted to plan B. That is, to focus the droplets and make the waterfall as the background. I sure worked for me!

a mini waterfall

The same waterfall from a different angle! I know, it's kinda blurry but because I don't have my tripod with me!

Monterey

The sea - this was the view from the Aquarium. I want to hear those waves as they crash onto the rocks. Unfortunately, it seems a little far to hear them!

I really like your creative use of the water droplets! I tend to do that sometimes as well, when I find it hard to focus on the real subject. I love the last shot of the sea - it's so vivid..

BTW - sorry I missed your advance Christmas wishes on one of earlier posts - I tend to miss the comments at times. Thanks for the wishes and wish you the same. I will be in your neck of the woods during that time. :)

Thanks Toni. Hey, no apologies needed about the response to my comment. :)

With a 14 month old baby who wants to be all over the place, it was not a good idea for me to be standing in the same place for more than 5 minutes just to take a picture. I know I have to take that shot, regardless!!! LOL...

As for the ocean photo, thanks!!! sweet of you! i did boost the contrast and the curves on that! That's the only pp I can do. YOu may have known, my skills in that aspect is very limited!
