Water Droplet - revisited

I have done this Water Droplet Experimentation before. After so many shots, I was pleased with the results. I was really pleased but I wanted a more defined outcome. The first time I did it was more of a so-so. I know I can push my limit to this kind of experiment if I want to.

And so, while hubby and Madison were away to visit my in-laws, I took the opportunity to revisit this shots. It was even my theme for my Day 16 of my 365 Photo Challenge.

For this time, I was able to substitute those colorful basin with a glass one. Well, this time, it was not a basin, it was just an ordinary wine glass. For the liquid, I used hubby's red wine and since to fill up the whole wine glass is just not feasible, I dilluted the wine with water. The color was still red. As for drop, instead of using the ziploc and spoon, this time, I used a spare medicine dropper. It worked just perfect because I can control how much water is being dropped.

After about 40+ shots, I was able to come up with the following:

As for the background, since my liquid was already colored, I just used a blue and white background.
