There's Fire....

...up in the sky! As I looked into the side mirror of the car, I saw fire. Not the same fire that is associated with smoke. It's the color.

The photos were below were taken when me and my family were driving the back roads. I don't have my dslr with me so I used my loyal P5100 to capture the breathtaking and crazy sight of the sky!

There's a fire....in the sky!

The bright red sky!

This is it!!! The very red sky! We came to a halt at a stop sign and immediately stretched my arm out of the window just to get this. It would have been nicer if we were at a Parking lot so I can take a picture of it reflecting in the car window!

Few minutes later.

After a few minutes, the sky is still red but not as fierce as the previous photo! It was definitely a sight to see. Although I see them most of the time, this one was different because I have my camera with me. I hope to see more of this. Maybe cotton-cady colored sky, perhaps?

Awesome, Noreen! Love the colours, and love the idea that you seized the opportunity the way you did. Beautifully captured! I hope you see some beautiful skies again - it's pretty much history in these parts as the skies are overcast and it's been raining and pouring. We'll be seeing snow clouds soon!

I do have some beautiful colors that I took yesterday. It's still in my camera and will not prolly be uploaded not until in a few weeks...LOL..as for the snow clouds, i don't get to see that since we don't have snow in our area (sorry for bragging)...LOL

Sorry to hear that..LOL>..we don't have snow but we have Freezing condition today and until tomorrow morning! Up in the hills, they have below freezing temp! It's pretty crazy but I am glad I don't leave there. I can't handle too much coldness. :)
